1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Personalized Products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with the invoice.

- Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the refund/exchange within 15-30 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15-30 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To exchange an item, please contact us at mohikajay@gmail.com. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
